I’m Mel. Taylored Fitness by Mel came about due to my passion for Health and Fitness.
I’m Mel, a busy hardworking mum, Bailey 18, Ella 16 and our puppy Coco. My husband, Jason, who is one of our trainers is just as passionate about Health and Fitness as I am. We actually met at a gym 22 years ago.
At Taylored Fitness by Mel, we have created a fitness environment where we focus on each client whether that be through Group Fitness or Personal Training. Together with our clients core focus in mind, we work on goals from fat loss, to maintenance, to strength and toning training.
Taylored Fitness by Mel, is for people who want to look after their health and wellness. Men and women who are dissatisfied with big chain gyms that offer no guidance or support.
