If your looking for a bootcamp and or outdoor fitness group, in Macarthur, that gives results and allows you to work at your own pace. Join a great friendly team who will support, motivate and challenge you.

Taylored Fitness by Mel workouts are fun, inexpensive, extremely effective and quick. No matter your goal; meet new people, lose fat, tone up or simply flatten that stomach, Taylored Fitness by Mel can help. Every workout is different rather than the same program day in day out.

If you’ve tried other groups and or gyms and you are sick of feeling like a number, Taylored Fitness by Mel is the different group you have been looking for. Our outdoor training groups are the perfect size where the trainers can assist with technique. Our members are at all different fitness levels and we will encourage you to work not yell or humiliate you.

Outdoor sessions are completed at Curry Reserve, Elderslie and we have sessions to visit your busy schedule.

    I love Mel’s outdoor sessions where you are made to feel like one of the family from day one. The sessions are always mixed up and you never feel like your repeating the same thing over and over.
